Last fall I harvested some bulbs to preserve them as well as get them out of the way for some future planting. There are some showing shoot growth and a few with roots so it was time. Hopefully I can keep the room warm enough not to freeze and cool enough not to grow too much. Some of the bulbs are from seed which I purchased from Ray McNamara at Sparra's Nest in Tasmania. I am so hopeful for these bulbs to bloom this year as they are in the 2 - 2.5 cm range and a few are larger. I did not do real well in germinating these but I am still in the learning stages.
There a few assorted rescued bulbils from plants such as African Queen and Rosabella. Also seedlings of NALS 89-132 Griesbach seed and L. sargentiae.
